Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
5 egg whites
1/4 cup skim / low fat milk
1/2 cup apple sauce
pinch ground cinnamon
Method
mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
drop small amounts into a hot frypan
reduce heat and cook slowly as it is a thick mixture
flip and cook on both sides
top with your favourite topping and enjoy
On Sundays I make just 1 big super size pancake and dig in these are great for bulking up.
