Research
Hi I would like to share something with all my friends which I have been experimenting with over the last few weeks. Let me start by saying I always used to eat carbohydrates before protein, such as rolled oats before eggs, or carbohydrates and protein mixed together.
During the last few weeks I have reversed my usual eating pattern and consumed my protein first and carbohydrates second and I found I feel more satisfied (full) and less hungry between meals. I have no scientific explanation except that it works for me.
I am researching this with dieticians and nutritionists and will keep you updated via this site. If you are dieting (or not) give it a try also, it may work for you as well. If you do try it please let me know your results, so I can compile a small database and see if this leads anywhere significant.
I would be very interested in your outcome and will share it with the bodybuilding community at large via this website.
Cheers, Grandmaster Sam
