The ANB Australian National competition is being held at CLUB MARCONI on 25th/26th October 2008 and is not far away, so why not join with me, through my training, dieting and aerobic activity.

I'll be posting regular updates and photos plus regular summaries of diet weight loss and any funny little things that happen along the way.

I’ve also started up a Sam’s Buddies page and I’ve nicked a few to start off with from my good buddy Ron Ziemiecki of AussiePeople, and will be adding my own very soon. The idea of the Buddies page is to network amongst the bodybuilding fraternity with the good guys, and trust me, only good guys will be listed on my Buddies page!
